About Elliana

I’m a New York–based producer, Assistant Director, and script supervisor known for my high energy, strong organization, and ability to read a room quickly on set. I thrive in fast-paced production environments and bring a calm, proactive presence that helps teams stay focused and moving forward.

I currently work as a Production Assistant on Saturday Night Live and take on freelance roles across film and television, including a Netflix feature film in November. I’m comfortable jumping between tasks, thinking on my feet, and anticipating what directors, department heads, and crew members need before they have to ask.

I recently completed my master’s thesis short film as part of a six-person team, where I led fundraising, budgeting, vendor relations, and production logistics while collaborating closely on the creative direction and visual cohesion of the project. Working within a small, highly collaborative team sharpened my ability to communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and support both the creative vision and the practical realities of production.

With a strong foundation in production operations, virtual production, and creative technology, I’m focused on continuing to grow as a leader on set. I bring enthusiasm, attentiveness, and intention to every project, and I’m motivated by creating environments where people feel supported, prepared, and able to do their best work. Outside of work, I’m a frequent moviegoer and a strong advocate for seeing films in theaters whenever possible, with a particular love for Giallo cinema. I stay active through golf and yoga, love cooking at home, and spend a lot of time exploring New York’s museums. I’m always practicing my Spanish and French, and I value time spent with friends just as much as time spent chasing inspiration.
